Terms of use, consent and safety · version 2026-10-08 · draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer

Read this first. Clonely.Si is a tool. You run it on your own accounts (your RunPod, your Fanvue, your socials) and you own everything it makes. You are the publisher and the only person responsible for what you make, where you post it, and whether it is legal where you live and where your fans live. We do not review your content before it goes out.

1. Who can use this

2. Your likeness, and other people's

3. What you may not make

4. Your accounts and your money

5. No promises

The software is provided as-is. Results vary. Models fail, GPUs go down, platforms change their rules and ban accounts. We are not liable for lost income, lost content, banned accounts, platform decisions, or anything a third party does with content you published. Where the law lets us, our total liability to you is what you paid us in the last 3 months.

6. You cover us

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you made or posted, or because you broke these terms, you defend and reimburse us.

7. Takedowns and reports

Anyone who believes their likeness was used without consent can write to the address on the site; verified claims are removed within 24 hours and the account is closed. You can delete your own account and everything in it at any time; identity records are kept only as long as the law requires.

8. Privacy

Your photos, models and outputs stay in your account folder and are not used to train anything else. We log what is needed to run the service and to meet legal duties, and nothing more.

Questions: the contact address on the sign-in page. These terms will be updated when the lawyer is done; you will be asked to agree again.
